We have been using Flowers by Philip since the 80s and have always been happy by their arrangements and customer service. Noteworthy this year was the diligence shown on our Valentine's Day delivery a day after a large amount of snow fell in Manhattan.

Anytime I order flowers for my daughter who lives in NYC, I order from Flowers by Philip. My daughter is always 'wowed' by them. They are so tastefully arranged and are simply stunning. I think they are a great value for such gorgeous flowers.

The first order I received wasn’t what I expected but then after I let them know, they went the extra mile to really make up for it big time! This is real customer service!
