Couldn't give a better review from start to finish. Flowers by Philip was amazing. Our friend who received the flowers said that they were the greatest flower design that she had ever received in her life. The floral design on the website was exactly if not better in person. Worth the money and the delivered exceeded are expectations and was delivered even earlier that we expected. Thanks so much and very happy customer. Also, I spoke twice on the phone to two different people about my online order and they couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating.
