A friend of 30 years was lamenting the fact that she didn't have any peony bushes to admire while cooped up in her apartment, so I went online and found Flowers by Philip. When the flowers arrived, about two hours after I ordered them (WOW, thank you!). she called in tears telling me how gorgeous they were and that Flowers by Philip was her favorite florist that she has missed ever since they moved further from her apartment.
