Replacements & Refund Policy
At Flowers by Philip NYC, our priority is your complete satisfaction with every floral arrangement or plant you receive. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are committed to resolving any concerns and ensuring you have a positive experience with our products.
Flower Arrangement Replacement Policy
- If your flower arrangement arrives damaged or does not meet the quality you expect, we will gladly send a complimentary replacement. To arrange this, please email us at philip1141@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include photographs of the arrangement, as well as your name, delivery address, and phone number, to help us process your request efficiently.
- If your flower arrangement begins to wilt prematurely within the first 36 hours after delivery, please contact us. We will be happy to arrange a free replacement for you.
- Please note that we are unable to offer credits or discounts for floral purchases after 3 days from the delivery date. However, we are confident that you will be delighted with your Flowers by Philip NYC selection.
Orchid & Plant Replacement Policy
- If your orchid or plant arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing philip1141@gmail.com. To expedite the process, please attach photographs of the item and include your name, delivery address, and phone number in your email.
- We are unable to offer replacements or refunds after 7 days from the delivery date for orchids and plants. However, we would be pleased to assist you in selecting a new plant that you will love.
Cancellation/Refund
Should you need to cancel your order, we request that you do so at least 36 hours before the scheduled delivery date. In such cases, we will be happy to issue a store credit for the full purchase amount, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue for future purchases. Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations for orders that are already en route for delivery.
